I have been fortunate to have several of my pictures be published in Newspapers, Brochures, Club Newsletters, High School Biology books, and several web sites. I do not make my living in photography, but I feel very fortunate that others can appreciate my work for a long time to come.

San Diego Union Tribune- December 21, 2003- Article on the Front Page- Damage that the October 2003 wildfires caused to the wildlife of San Diego County. My photo is on the front page, and it's of a Thorne's Hairstreak.

High Country News- December 22, 2003- Same type of article, and same picture as in the San Diego Union Tribune. See internet version/article "here"

Borrego Sun- March, 2005- Article on the mass migration of Painted Ladies moving through the Anza Borrego State Park and Borrego Springs. Photo of a Painted Lady.

Los Angeles Times/ - November 24, 2006- Article about a Ross' Gull a 1st California State Record, that showed up at the Salton Sea, Imperial County. My photo was of that bird. After the AP picked up the story, my image appeared in the San Diego Union Tribune, The Washington Post, The London Times, MSNBC.com, and other papers and websites-worldwide. "here".

Chaparral Naturalist- Pomona Valley Audubon Society- September 2003- 10 dragonfly photos in an article "The Next Logical Step" by Richard Clements.

The Sacramento & Yolo County Vector Control Department 2004 Annual Report- 2 photos using a Ash-throated Flycatcher and a Yellow-billed Magpie photo(s). Click "here"

CENTER FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY 2005 Annual Report- a photo of a Thorne's Hairstreak.

CENTER FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY 2006- A Petition/Report to the US Forest Service seeking protection of areas in 4 Western US National Forest. They used an image of a Laguna Mountain Skipper.

CENTER FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY 2006 Annual Report- a photo of a California Brown Pelican.

CENTER FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY 2007- several images of a Quino Checkerspot in a report on Global Warming and Endangered Species Recovery to the Federal Government.

The American Birding Association's "Winging It" July/August 2007- An image of a male Yellow-throated Warbler in the Sightings section.

Audubon California- Audubon Bird Photos 2006, I have no clue what this CD is being used for. Most images on this discs are crap. There doesn't seem to be any text associated with the Power Point presentation. They used a image of a Broad-billed Hummingbird that I took.

National Wildlife Association- a poster of Endangered Butterfly Species- image of the Laguna Mountain Skipper.
