     To photograph a wide variety of species/ages/sexes; learn to identify all the odes of California; discover new data of Monterey County odes; and share photos & info via the Internet

7) If you'd like to include a short bio on your odeing experience or a funny story.

    Odeing and birding, a long time passion, are good complements. Odes are best in the hot midday when birds are the worst. Learning odes has caused us to retrace many steps within California, and also go to a whole lot of interesting new places. One looks at the world now with new 'eyes,' but the 'ears' are still tuned to birds. Fortunately, the odes can't hear. . .
